Dejan Kulusebski has seen his place in the team diminish

Dejan Kulusebski (24, Tottenham), who has occasionally drawn the ire of Son Heung-min on the pitch, has seen his place in the team diminish. The former Tottenham man has even introduced a replacement.

According to Football365, Jamie O’Hara spoke to Talk Sport in the U.K. on Wednesday (June 12) and suggested that Michael Oliseh (23, Crystal Palace) should be brought in to replace Kuluczewski, drawing attention to his public recommendation to Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou.

Alli is a right winger for Crystal Palace. He plays the same position as Kuluczewski. He has 10 goals and five assists in 18 league games this season. In his last five Premier League games, he’s been on a steep upward curve with four goals and two assists.

Ollis, who grew up in Reading and has been playing for Crystal Palace since 2021, is under contract until the summer of 2027. However, his performances have made him a target for big clubs. Manchester United, Chelsea, and Manchester City have been strongly linked with him.

“Eberechi Eze (26, Crystal Palace) is good, but Oliseh is a star player for me, he’s a good player,” O’Hara said, linking him to Tottenham. “He slips past people,” he said.

“He’s going to be a top player eventually. I know Palace will try to hold on to him as long as they can,” but insisted that ‘they will have to say goodbye to Kulousevski to get him.’

That would mean letting Kulusebski go to make way for Özil.

Fellow defender Joachim Andersen wrote on the club’s website after the 3-1 win over Wolverhampton: “Imagine if Olis had played all 37 games. If he played like this, he would have scored 20-25 goals.” Ollis had one goal and one assist on the day.

Andersen continued: “He’s crazy. We’re lucky to have him and hopefully he’ll score again next weekend,” Andersen said, adding his praise for Ollis. 스포츠토토 Palace are 12th in the table (46 points) thanks to Orlis’s performance.

Kuluczewski hasn’t fared as well. Kulusebski started the Premier League match against Burnley. However, he didn’t do much and was replaced by Dane Scarlett in the 30th minute.

Ryan Taylor, 40, a former Newcastle United defender, wrote on social media that day, “Kuluczewski is having a nightmare. Tottenham strikers have fallen off a cliff. They look so lacking in confidence and skill.”

Kuluczewski, along with Son Heung-min and James Maddison, led the Tottenham attack at the start of the season. He was one of the most prominent strikers when Spurs went on a 10-match unbeaten run (8 wins, 2 draws) and came out on top. However, he has faltered in the second half of the season.

Most notably, his vision and judgment have been lacking lately.

This has drawn the ire of Son Heung-min. Kulusebski angered Son by shooting instead of passing in a 4-0 win over Aston Villa in March.

Kulusebski also had to take the blame for a late cross in a 1-1 draw at home to West Ham United last month, leaving Son waiting in the defense.

Kuluczewski has been directly involved in nine of the team’s points this season (six goals and three assists). However, since scoring a goal in a 2-1 win over Wolverhampton in February and adding an assist against Aston Villa in March, Kulusebski has gone nine games without an offensive point.
