Construction/Korea Land Trust Championship 2nd Win of the Season

Bang Shin-sil, who added 13 points in the final round, recorded a final total of 43 points, comfortably beating second place So-mi Lee (34 points) to win the championship.

However, Bang Shin-sil caught the attention of golf fans with his incredible long shots in regular tour tournaments, and succeeded in securing a full seed by winning the E1 Charity Open last May.

Bang Shin-sil, who has continued to perform well on the regular tour, achieved his second win of the season in this tournament. 

It has been four years since Jo A-yeon (2 wins) and Lim Hee-jung (3 wins) in 2019 that a rookie achieved multiple wins in his debut season on the KLPGA tour.

Bang Shin-sil, who narrowed the gap with 1st place Kim Min-byeol (2,526 points) and 2nd place Hwang Yu-min (2,328 points), ignited the competition for the Rookie of the Year Award.

On this day, Bang Shin-sil entered the final round in second place, one point behind leader Hwang Yu-min.

However, he jumped to the lead with a birdie starting from the 1st hole, and added birdies in the 2nd and 4th holes to widen the gap with the second place.

Bang Shin-sil, who was cruising, made the only bogey of the day on the 6th hole.

However, he established a solo system by adding birdies in the 7th and 10th holes.

Bang Shin-sil, who recorded a birdie on the 14th hole, widened the gap with the second-place finisher and secured the win early on.

Bang Shin-sil, who celebrated her victory with a birdie on the 17th hole, confirmed her victory with a final total of 43 points.

Somi Lee added 8 points with 5 birdies and 2 bogeys in the final round, ranking 2nd with a final total of 34 points. 

Suji Kim ranked third with 32 points.

Hwang Yu-min, who led until the third round, scored only 0 points with 2 birdies and 4 bogeys in the final round, and was tied for 4th place with a final total of 31 points. 

Kim Min-byeol was also on par with Hwang Yu-min with 31 points. Park Hyun-kyung ranked 6th with 30 points.

Park Min-ji tied for 15th place with 25 points, Park Joo-young tied for 29th place with 22 points, and Park Hee-young tied for 34th place with 21 points. Yewon Lee tied for 47th place with 15 points.
